Good News Orlando Wrap-up

Posted on: October 2, 2013
"'Jesus Saves' two words which mean that human failure need not be final."
Reinhard Bonnke

The inaugural launch of the Good News Crusades in America with Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke was a great success! The impact of the two-night event was eternally significant for so many individuals that heard and responded to the Gospel Message. The Gospel, which is the Good News of Jesus Christ is a message of peace, love and forgiveness. This message gives us hope for the future and is needed greatly in America today.
With 20,000 in attendance at the Amway Centre in Orlando, Florida the Gospel Message was heard and responded to by 1,910 individuals who made a commitment to follow Jesus. In addition to the nearly two thousand that received Jesus at the event there were dozens of reports that people received Jesus through pre-event outreaches. To God be the Glory!
Online there were over 3,000 unique visits to our Good News Orlando live blog (whatgoodnews.com/live) where visitors were able to participate via posted photos, videos, and comments.

Reinhard Bonnke and the Good News team partnered with over 340 Local Ministries & 1,700 volunteers to spread the Good News in Orlando. This united local church effort reveals a desire across the body of Christ to share the Good News, and we pray this event along with others will prime the pump of evangelism in America.
Moving forward Evangelist Bonnke announced that the next Good News Crusade will be held in Greensboro North Carolina on May 16th & 17th, and that it will be followed by Good News events throughout the USA in rapid succession. He mentioned Texas, Ohio, Oklahoma & California as states for future Good News events.
