Mrs Doris Alozie, a midwife, responded to a devastating telephone call and breathlessly raced to the hospital only to find her mother in a critical condition.
Reconciling with herself that she was on the verge of dying at any
moment, her mother had begun saying her final words to her father and
siblings. The monitors indicated that her mother’s oxygen circulation
was only 27 percent, coupled with intestinal obstruction which developed
into peritonitis. Gripped by fear, Mrs Alozie reached for the Anointing
Water and ministered it on her mother, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Shortly after that, she heard her mother shout, “Jesus, Son of David,
have mercy on me!” Her mother then asked for the bedpan and passed out a
black substance, which nullified the need for an operation. Since then,
she has been healthily eating well. Indeed, God had mercy on her mother
and restored her back to life.
